Contracting Options

WT Resources offers ours clients several different contracting options to meet the needs of the specific projects we are supporting.  

Subcontractor – for bids/proposals where you have gaps in internal personnel.  WT Resources will provide our personnel at significantly lower mark-ups than our competition, thus allowing you to lower your costs and make your proposals more competitive.

Staffing – Direct Placement, Temp to Direct, Short-term or Long-term Positions – for internal or indefinite positions where you may have challenges finding the personnel.

Payroll Service – where you have identified the individual for a project, but do not want to hire them because the length of project is uncertain, WT Resources will  hire and provide this personnel at significantly lower mark-up than our competition.
